These terms constitute the entire agreement between the operator and you in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

 • The seat numbers booked are for reference and the seat can change while boarding due accomodate any family or ladies seat. Single booking of double berths will have a high chance of changing seat number to another double berth.

* Travelling with kids without ticket in single bookings of the double berth of the bus is not allowed. Travelling with kids is permitted only for single berths and seats.

* In case of accidents or breakdown, the alternate option may not be same class of vehicle or seat. The customer has the choice to either opt for the alternate travel option arranged or get a full refund without opting for the alternate travel arrangement.

* The operator’s liability is limited only to the refund of the ticket fare paid.

* No refund or compensation will be given for delays caused by road blockages, traffic, force majeure, weather, diversions, or any events beyond the operator’s control.

* All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kottayam district only.

By boarding the bus, the passenger accepts these terms.
